They’re all just great women and then in that group and she’s with my other surgeon cause I had cancer and she was right along there with them and she tells you the truth. I thank you all them there in the office to help me meet my health needs.

Jasmine is amazing. I've been coming to her for a few years now. She's on top of the latest medications and always looking to help make sure I'm healthy and checks up on things that look odd and explains to my why I'm getting a referral. She's so great that everyone in my family now goes to see her. Thank you so much for everything Jasmine. Keep up the amazing work you do to help your patients.

The waiting time for an appointment was a mont. Way too long. Way too long. At the end I had to talk to the clinic manager and get into a waiting list. Either bring more providers or take less patients.

Dr Baez fully reads or knows all pertinent info about your healthcare. She knows before she in the rom with you. Very on the ball. Reminds you when things are due, Mamo, Dexa, Physical, shots, etc. She really cares and is a great Doctor. I recommended a friend to her and they love her too.

The doctor was absolutely wonderful and very caring. Great bedside manners. The only issue I had was the front desk. I did not receive paperwork online or through email, so I had to fill out paperwork there. And it just seems it was a little complicated. They didn't make it too easy and couldn't figure out to schedule my next appointment. Yeah, the front desk was a little bit of a, I was a little off by the front desk, but the doctor was great. Thank you.

Jasmine Baez was extremely helpful. She answered all of my questions. She is a wonderful doctor. She took the time to speak with me and her answers gave me more knowledge. She's very knowledgeable. She was professional. And she even was nice enough to answer the questions that my mom had since she came in on the visit with me. I thought it was a wonderful, accommodation that she made. She's really caring for her patients in that way. I would recommend her to anyone.

I am extremely my pleased with the excellent care that dr Baez provides. She takes the time to listen and to answer questions. She does make you feel like you are an individual, not just a patient. So blessed to have been referred to her by an existing patient of hers.

Dr. Baez is very considerate, very thorough. We have good conversations, joking and laughing and being serious, whatever's necessary. After I get my blood work, she calls me to give me the results as soon as she receives them. No other doctor has ever called me about my blood work. She's the only one. I truly appreciate her care. and the consideration she gives me. Thank you.

Hello, my provider, Jasmine was absolute 10 out of 10. The problem we had was the office. It was one of the younger staff who was very rude and arrogant and baffling how she even works there. And we were, my wife and myself were very turned off by the situation. They were very unprofessional. It was not the provider. It was the reception staff, specifically one of the younger individuals that works there. and I had a lot of retail and people experience. It was very uncalled for and very turnoffish to say the least. And the only other problem I had too was the lab was closed so I did have to wait like a half hour to do the lab work. But otherwise, I still will use my provider because she's very good. Thank you.
