PAR who checked me in announced my DOB and Home Address out loud. Her voice was raised the entire check in and we heard others information while she was checking them in.
Provider and MA had great bedside manner. My Provider always takes her time and I never feel rushed.

Got a vax and was told no side effects, but have had multiple side effects. Nothing serious though.

I am aware of Renown's policy to have patients show up 15 minutes prior to the appointment time. I was 30 minutes early. However the provider was more than 10 minutes late for the appointment. What assurances should I have that the provider will be on time? Can I bank that 10 minutes as some sort of credit to offset a 10 minute delay in my arrival if something outside of my control were to happen on my way to my appointment? Fair is fair! Can I get a response to this issue? After all I just responded to your request for my feed back. Please do the same to my request.
