This was a consult only. Dr. Tilghman listened and provided sound advice and a referral. I am very grateful as we both understood the nature of my visit and he even went so above and beyond my expectations as to review my imaging. He will share the resultant review with me in follow up. Stellar and kind person in Dr. Tilghman. I sincerely appreciate him.

As a female, I tend to prefer female Dr's/surgeons. He was nothing but professional and I was comfortable enough to go back for a.2nd PRP injection. Though I would have preferred a female, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Dr Tilghman and his staff. Great experience and so relieved.

Dr. Tilghman is a fantastic doctor. Excellent bed side manor. He is very knowledgeable and doesn't rush you. He answers all your questions, even if the questions seem silly. I recommend him highly!

I had to wait 40 minutes past my appointment time. My time is important to, as I had another appointment after this one where I was afraid I would be late too.

Every experience I have had at st Luke’s east has been above a 10!
That’s the main reason I drive the distance from my home for my care.
I am overly satisfied with every aspect of my care.

I appreciated not having to wait forever and ever in the waiting room to see my doctor. Dr. Tilghman is a very pleasant, friendly fellow I trust 1000%. I would definitely recommend Rock Hill Orthopedic and Dr. Tilghman to all my family and friends.

I've had to be there so often because of my ongoing issues for my back, I feel like we are all on the same page as well as on first name bases with all my new friends there. I love Dr Tilghman and his staff. They are great to work with. They seem to understand the amount of pain I've been in for a very long time, and I feel they have and are doing all they can to this point.

He was interested in anything that had been done and was recommending a treatment from earlier after all other treatments had been done. He made sense and made an appointment with physical therapy for me.

I appreciated the doctor being open minded to discuss more natural or alternative treatments rather than immediately going to a prescription. It's really refreshing and show focus on health as healing, not just taking medicine for a symptom
