Dr. Tilghman & his assistant are both so kind & comforting. They do help me understand the next thing. The rest of the staff are friendly & efficient, too.

I've had to be there so often because of my ongoing issues for my back, I feel like we are all on the same page as well as on first name bases with all my new friends there. I love Dr Tilghman and his staff. They are great to work with. They seem to understand the amount of pain I've been in for a very long time, and I feel they have and are doing all they can to this point.

I wish I had been given a written diagnosis. I did however portal my doctor and was given the written diagnosis for my records promptly.

I have seen several doctors Rockhill over the years and have always been impressed with the care given by the medical staff, I have recommended this practice to many friends. Dr, Tilghman is great.

He was interested in anything that had been done and was recommending a treatment from earlier after all other treatments had been done. He made sense and made an appointment with physical therapy for me.

I appreciated the doctor being open minded to discuss more natural or alternative treatments rather than immediately going to a prescription. It's really refreshing and show focus on health as healing, not just taking medicine for a symptom
