I felt trust in Dr. Thomas at first meeting. After X-ray was reviewed i was given an explanation of what happened inside my shoulder. He spoke of examples of different surgeries and why he felt the reverse shoulder replacement would be good for my situation. I agreed and trusted him to perform this surgery,

Dr. Thomas is precisely what one would hope for when faced with the realities of life that seem to sneak in or by accident, leaving one faced with the decision of operating. Repair or replacement. It was obvious to me that total replacement was necessary, and I couldn't be happier. Dr. loves what he does and does it well. He loves the challenge. Thank you for all that you do!

Dr. Thomas was awesome with myself and Wife explaining ongoing process of my reverse right shoulder surgery. It came out perfect. I would definitely recommend him to anybody looking for shoulder a replacement. When I went to my physical therapy in Grosse isle Michigan, they commented he’s a very good surgeon ,some of his patients have gone to them also.😀😀👍
