Dr. Jared Thomas was friendly & personable from the beginning. He was knowledgeable and professional in dealing with my right shoulder fracture of the head of the humerus. Surgery was scheduled as soon as possible. Surgery was successful with a minimal healing scar. Post op care has been optimal with in home care as long as needed and outpatient PT now progressing nicely with the support of Dr. Thomas. I would not hesitate to request Dr, Thomas in the future if I needed the services he and his team provide. I have no complaints about my care throughout my treatment.

Dr. Thomas did exactly what he said was needed regarding my right shoulder reverse replacement. Everything regarding my shoulder replacement went well. Dr. Thomas listens and explains everything in layman's terms so I understood everything he told me. He's very friendly, kind, courteous, professional and knowledgable. I would definitely recommend Dr. Thomas to anyone needing his care for shoulders.

I think the thing I liked most, was the fact that I didn't feel pressured! I could tell that he cared about my condition and didn't just want moneyI didn't feel like all they wanted was their money

Just the overall experience was like day vs night with my other doctor/ surgeon. He really made sure I was okay to test my motion, functionality and overall comfortability before moving my shoulders around. He was gentle. But confident. Treated me like a human being. This surgeon you oughta keep around for sure
