My appointment was 10:10 in the morning. I didn't go into a room until 10:50. It was disappointing having to sit to wait solong for such a simple easy procedure that could have been performed aIn less than 10 minutes. Scheduling Department needs to address this situation.

I had an excellent experience with Dr. Thomas. His bedside manner was outstanding calm, patient, and very attentive. When I explained my concerns about recovery time and how important training is to me as a bodybuilder, he took the time to really listen and understand my goals. He was direct, informative, and clear about what I could expect, and I truly felt like he cared about my success both medically and personally. I left the appointment feeling confident, supported, and grateful to have him as my surgeon. Highly recommend.

I felt trust in Dr. Thomas at first meeting. After X-ray was reviewed i was given an explanation of what happened inside my shoulder. He spoke of examples of different surgeries and why he felt the reverse shoulder replacement would be good for my situation. I agreed and trusted him to perform this surgery,
