My appointment was 10:10 in the morning. I didn't go into a room until 10:50. It was disappointing having to sit to wait solong for such a simple easy procedure that could have been performed aIn less than 10 minutes. Scheduling Department needs to address this situation.

I had an excellent experience with Dr. Thomas. His bedside manner was outstanding calm, patient, and very attentive. When I explained my concerns about recovery time and how important training is to me as a bodybuilder, he took the time to really listen and understand my goals. He was direct, informative, and clear about what I could expect, and I truly felt like he cared about my success both medically and personally. I left the appointment feeling confident, supported, and grateful to have him as my surgeon. Highly recommend.
