I’ go to meridian office but my diabetic doctor is on maternity leave

In all honesty I am probably not a good candidate for this survey. I have never had any problems in all the times I've been in the Hospital or at an appointment. I understand the needs and concerns each member of the team can go through on a daily basis and regardless of that their professional attitude shines through.
