My care team was able to see me on short notice. Occasionally, everyone needs to see medical personnel on short notice. I was able to see a nurse practitioner on short notice for a VERY painful sinus infection.

I have had scheduled appointments for my last 3 visits. I used my hour lunch break to attend these visits. I typically wait 30-40 minutes in the exam room I'm put in after having my vitals taken. When I request medication more than once, I'm requested to visit the office. Not sure why, but I don't have 1.5+ hours to sit in the exam room.
2023 was the best time to visit here. The staff was helpful and quick. I was quickly seen for my visits. I don't know what changed in 2024 and 2025, but I truly hope it goes back to the way it used to be.
I'm looking at finding an alternate primary care physician from these issues.
