They took an X-ray.They promised to get back to me.They never did never sent me an email or anything.I have no idea why and I'm in a lot of pain.I can't even walk

NP Jansen was lovely. He addressed all of our concerns thoroughly and provided information on what to do if symptoms didn't get better. The nurse that triaged that day was amazing too!

My hospital experience was great!
The front desk was very friendly and did a great job communicating my situation with my doctor's nurse.Â
The nurse was friendly on the phone and quick to make me a same-day appointment.Â
The medical assistant was friendly and caring.
The nurse practioner that saw my daughter was kind, caring and gentle with my daughter and her hand.
The X-ray ladies were very sweet to my daughter and were very careful with her hand when taking x-rays.

Very good, but not fully informative. I still would like more ability to contact my primary care physician, Dr. Sarah [ ]. I do have some questions that are concerning on the MRI report sent by Cullman ENT to UAB Gardendale.
