I wish l could have my primary physician so my appointments versus a PA. This experience had an abrupt ending, without so much of a detailed follow up on my request to see a specialist. This is my first negative experience.

I arrived a few minutes early and was called into an examination room shortly afterwards. Vitals were recorded and I saw the CRNP soon afterwards. Time was taken to listen to my comments and there was good discussion about how to proceed. There were two additional Issues that were addressed and a plan was discussed.

Sent me to ER and admitted to hospital unnecessarily. Prognosis was way off. This error is at the level UAB needs to follow up with me.

Check in was awesome! EJ was so pleasant! The NP I saw really put me at ease. I hadn’t been feeling well for several days and had been losing sleep. He was so empathetic and caring! The girl at checkout desk is always so friendly and I really enjoy our chats.

My care team was able to see me on short notice. Occasionally, everyone needs to see medical personnel on short notice. I was able to see a nurse practitioner on short notice for a VERY painful sinus infection.
