Janice Sheridan always treats me with respect and compassion. She is knowledgeable and thorough about my health needs. I feel like she understands me as an individual and prioritizes my overall health and well being. Sandy is positive and caring whenever I interact with her. She is professional with an individual touch. She always greets me by name with a smile. I feel cared for by both Janice and Sandy.

Everyone was very friendly and accommodating. We did have a problem. Receptionist never checked us in and we waited for almost an hour. I did go to a different Receptionist and she told me that we were not checked in.

Janice has always been easy to talk to , professional & She listens .She ordered lab work for following day to make sure [ ] were not negatively affected . Results came in before the weekend & [ ] specialist was notified. She got back back to us in a timely manner.
