I understand surgeons dont always have the best bed side manner. Dr. Lui was polite and professional but for such an important surgery, i felt overwhelmed by all the information given to me. I would have preferred more time to process it all and maybe discuss further with at least the PA. They should allow more visit time for these types of appointments.
