The registration experience through Trinity was easy and thorough, got an appt quickly, had a good experience with all office and medical staff. Dr Liu is friendly and thorough, and explained her game plan.

Again I have no complaints about the people that service me at Trinity Health. If they start slacking I will definitely let them and you know. The entire experience has been wonderful. Did I mention the receptionists or intake people at the Cancer center in Ann Arbor and Canton? They too have been warm and compassionate. Please thank them for me!!

Dr. Liu was informative of the surgery I would be having and what to expect with hospital stay, recovery, etc. She took the time to answer all of my questions. My surgery went very well and the surgeon & resident came to visit me each morning while I was in the hospital. What a great patient experience.

I understand surgeons dont always have the best bed side manner. Dr. Lui was polite and professional but for such an important surgery, i felt overwhelmed by all the information given to me. I would have preferred more time to process it all and maybe discuss further with at least the PA. They should allow more visit time for these types of appointments.
