I am a patient being treated for a very rare blood disease at Joe Arrington Cancer Center in Lubbock, Texas. I have said that at JACC I have not been treated so well since I was a babe in arms as I have been treated at JACC. As I have sat waiting to see Janice Nevins, I have watched other patients sitting calmly, waiting, with no outward evidence of anxiety. To me, this speaks about the patients expectations of the kind of care and treatment they experience from you staff.
