Janice Bryan is always thorough, patient and knowledgeable. I never feel rushed during my visits. I truly appreciate her and the support staff.

Renown has problems with the ability to get timely answers to important patient questions. Your MyChart options force patients to call 911 or wait 1 to 6 days to get responses to simple but important questions. Medical assistants do not respond quickly enough in these situations

I love going to Janice Bryan. Once again though I waited 45 minutes in the waiting room and it was empty! The employees didn't check on me. I had to go up to a girl and ask if I was even checked in. The people behind the desks are not very professional at all.

I got in quickly. Janice, my provider and her assistant are always very nice and tell me exactly what they're going to do and explain everything to explain everything. And I just really like the services at Renown and I have recommended Renown to many of my friends and told them I'm just very happy with the services.

Janice has been my pcp for a number of years.
She covers everything when I see her. Though I was disappointed to learn that I had to see several other doctors before she can give an ok for a shoulder replacement, I did it and have only one more to go.
One of my other Doctors (only saw her once - Dr. Tatro )told me that I have the best medical team that I could possibly have and that she knows each and every one of them - what better review could I get?

Janice was a very nice doctor and she went into detail about what was going on with my health and the steps to try and make it better in which none of the hospital doctors did that in the emergency room

She also asks the right questions, listens to potential concerns, and provides solid guidance.
