Dr. Sim understands that I have zebra (not horse) issues, and she's patient and open about discussing them. She also seems to respect the fact that I'm a retired nurse; she listens to my thinking, and does not talk down to me.

I love Dr. Sim and am grateful to have found her. We have extremely helpful discussions about my health concerns and what I could do to address them. When I have had health issues between visits I can contact her through the patient portal and she is quickly responsive. Dr. Sim is truly a superb doctor, a good listener and a thoughtful physician.

Dr. Janet Sim is the best! I've been seeing her for years now, and she's very personable and remembers things about me like what I do for a living, the company I work at, etc. She's very friendly and I feel very comfortable with her and I trust her completely.

I could not have been more pleased with my initial appointment. Dr. Sims was very attentive and she also had a back to back appointment with my mother involved. She treated us both with utmost attention and totally understood our complications.

Dr. Sim is definitely my favorite doctor I've had. Things that I've had to battle with for years, she got on right away. She listens to my concerns and doesn't make me feel irrational. Thank you!

Janet does active listening better than most psych professionals (and I was a psych nurse). She also clearly lays out her thinking on the issues and potential treatments. She shows the utmost respect to patients.
