The dr. Was very down to earth. Spoke to me in a sensible words easy to understand.

Although, he had never seen me before he went over things that could help me right away, such as more water and exercise and then gave me some tests to have done so he could have some specific information on my heart condition.

Dr Janeira has a very kind demeanor as well as being frank and honest. He listened to my concerns, explained my medications and treatment thoroughly, assured me of his accessibility to answer any ongoing questions, and left me with a sense of assurance that my current heart treatment is moving in the right direction.

in my experience there are very few doctors that actually talk to and listen to you. i feel very lucky to have Dr. Janeira as my heart doctor.

He was very pleasant and informative. However, on My Chart he stated how he mentioned some things, however, they were never discussed. Husband as my witness. Especially, when he said he discussed something at length, but it was never mentioned. This info goes to my referring PCP. I really liked his personality but think he may have gotten side tracked as his office notes didn't quite match the conversations we had.

Dr. Janeira is the BEST. I adore him! He is so personable, and he makes me feel like he truly cares about me. He is honest, but realistic. LOL-he high-fived me when I had a great heart exam, yet he is honest...low risk for heart attack but high risk for heart failure. I really appreciate him. I feel comfortable talking about my care as he is interested in what I want and how I want to live. Thanks for being a great physician.

Dr Janeira and his staff were very understanding and kind. It started with his assistant being very compassionate and aware of my feelings. Dr Jeneira listened to me when I told him my symptoms and after 3 years of trying to figure out what was going on he gave me an accurate diagnosis. I left there very relieved and like a burden had been lifted off from me.

I believe Dr J is a very good doctor & is on top of his profession. One thing I would tell them, is to make sure you have nothing planned after your appointment. I wait for a minimum of 1/2 an hr. One time it was a hour & 15 min. Unfortunately I had a plumber coming & had to reschedule the plumber. I know he doesn’t do surgery’s anymore so don’t know why the wait. I really like him & that is the only reason I haven’t asked for new dr. I really like seeing Therese & her staff also.
