Dr. Janeira made me feel comfortable in a setting that was new and somewhat unsettling. I felt like I could talk to him without feeling overwhelmed by his position. He was attentitive to my questions and provided answers I could understand for a situation that was very complex as far as I was concerned.

Since leaving the Crawfordsville area I have not found anyone as caring and competent and seriously cooperative as Dr. Janeira is in discussing my health concerns. Having the idea of a health cooperative is much more agreeable than just having staff committing 'health care; on you. I always feel like I know what is going on, how we expect the results to be expressing themselves, and what kind of benefit it makes to my life overall. I do not like being a stranger to my own health care options.
