First, NP came in to get my relevant health issues because my appointment was referred by my other doctor. Then, doctor came in with NP and introduced herself. The doctor had already talked with NP and researched my records which my explanation of medical history made breath. The doctor and NP are great team to getting know me well quickly and what to ask my particular medical background. Both of them had great eye contact and making connection with me. Also friendly manners made me in ease of visit.

The entire experience was as I mentioned previously TOP NOTCH. I have already been highly recommending both the facility and Dr Lombard!

Dr. Lombard is terrific! She treats me as someone with decent intelligence and respect. During my visit, she allowed a volunteer/career shadow to observe and listen. After asking for my permission she even demonstrated to the student how to listen to my heart beat. She was a wonderful mentor!

Dr. Lombard was very personable and very approachable. She listened to my concerns and asked questions to assess my situation. I NEVER felt rushed or spoken down to (as was the case with my previous doctor). I was at ease speaking with her as can further be seen by the blood pressure reading turning to normal range after our conversations. She explained everything thoroughly and I feel very glad and lucky to have her on my health journey.

I am so happy I became Dr. Lombard's patient! She is a wonderful, caring, compassionate doctor. She is a wonderful listener and I talk a lot! I feel she hears my concerns and addresses each one and offers suggestions and advice. I feel she is a partner in helping me with my health and I am thrilled with her and her caring staff. Wonderful department!

Dr Lombard and Sarah, the NP were both empathetic. Both elicited the information they needed efficiently and pleasantly. I felt well taken care of and feel I can trust both ladies with my health, with my life.

I appreciated that while Dr. Lombard talked with me, her NP was taking notes in the computer. This allowed Dr. Lombard to give me her full attention rather than be staring at a screen half the time.
