I felt very comfortable with the entire staff and they treated me with respect and care and told me everything they were planning to do which helped my comfortableness and made it ann enjoyable experience. Very professional. Highly recommend them.

Everyone in there are so nice. They are there to help you not to hurt you. She explained what I should do & not do. I'm really happy I picked Virtua hand surgeon. They did their best putting my wrist back together.

Everything went really well, except I wanted to have my hand surgery two weeks from the first surgery to the second surgery, and it seemed like it wasn't going to happen in the very beginning. When I stressed it, that I needed it done right away. Now I'm going to have to delay my hand surgery on my right hand until next year.

Yes, the whole team starting with the PAs and the post-operative and especially Dr. Strauss were terrific and everything went smoothly and I was very pleased. I would definitely recommend them. Thanks to you all and the whole team.

The doctor and the physician's assistant and any assistants that came in the room were excellent and I was happy with them. However, the staff at the front desk are not very friendly and they talk about your private business right in front of everybody. They talk about your insurance, what you're there for, where you live. It's horrible. You have absolutely no privacy of your information and they're not really nice to you when you go in there. And also you cannot call your office. It is horrible. If you want to call and ask a question or change an appointment, you cannot get through. For those are, it's very sad because your doctors, the doctors that I deal with is very good, but the rest, that stuff is just, I'm fed up with it. Thank you.

The facility is spotless & well organized but the staff takes the cake. A to Z they are all excellent; from the phone to the desk to the girl walking me in, then checking out. Assistant Dr. Jane is very knowledgeable, confident & courteous. I couldn't have been treated any better. Thanks for asking.

Greg Mattocia was very knowledgeable and effective when providing therapy and was an effective manager who assisted other therapist as needed. Dana Ensley was knowledgeable and added adfitional modalities as needed based on my needs and progress. Greg and Dana provided my therapy alternately.
