Waited 67 minutes on the phone the first time and then 47 minutes the second time and never received a call back because the provider never got the information

The doctor was very nice. She was professional. She answered all my questions and concerns and she did a very good job. And the receptionist and everything checked me out. It was very fast, efficient, and I would recommend this facility and I'm probably going there again. Thank you.

Having Jane Fowler as a provider was a great experience from the minute I met her at the bedside in the hospital and then the very next day after I got discharged when I had a follow-up and then another follow-up two days later. She has been nothing but patient and explaining everything with my care and treatment plan. I would definitely use Jane Fowler again if in need of a hand surgeon.

What I did not like about this appointment was that I was not called or forewarned about how much it would cost. The receptionist went through the prices with me at the desk and I almost felt pigeonholed about it because I had just got my stitches removed and something had to go on my finger at that moment. So I really didn't have any other options. They did recommend other places, but there was no guarantee I'd be able to get in that same day. And I couldn't walk out of the hospital with nothing covering my finger. So I felt like I was forced. And once I realized how much I would have to pay, I was stuck. And for what they gave me, it definitely was not worth it.

Yes, I was well pleased with my service, but I started having problems and right to this day now, I called on Thursday for someone to return a call about the experience I'm having since I had the surgery. No one called back. So if at all possible, someone could call me back so I can explain about my wrist because it's red and it's still swollen. I don't know if it's infected or not.

I requested the assistant use cold spray to remove my stitches. I had to ask multiple times before she got the spray.

I felt very comfortable with the entire staff and they treated me with respect and care and told me everything they were planning to do which helped my comfortableness and made it ann enjoyable experience. Very professional. Highly recommend them.
