More than 45 minutes late to a tele-visit. I fully expect my time to be valued and respected enough that this should not happen. If I was 45 minutes late to my appointment it would be cancelled.

I felt rushed. I did not get a chance to fully discuss my concerns. Given Rx for new med w/o much discussion. Not sure if I will take it or not. Left the room to look for samples(none available). Not sure when my next colonoscopy will be. Not discussed. F/U in 3 months scheduled. I guess I'll wait to talk about my concerns then.

I did not appreciate doctor being 20 minutes late. I was satisfied with the information and prescription she gave me. However, she did seem rushed and do doctors not use stethoscopes anymore? There was no actual physical exam done.

Dr Jaffe was excellent. She was caring and is going to help me. I can't say enough of how wonderful she was with my care. Would highly recommend her.

The provider that I had, she definitely listened to everything. She liked seeing the bigger picture and she was willing to do a thorough check of everything and she answered my questions. And so after we do all the testing, she would take it from there to see what's going on. The only thing is that I wish that I could get this visit a little sooner. That's the only thing that I don't have anything to do with the provider.

The staff are so professional and compassionate . They treat all the patients with great care. Dr Jaffe is more than my Doctor, She is a Friend. I highly recommend and give them a rating of 20 out if 10!

I have already told family and friends just how impressed I was with the visit from start to finish. Dr. Jaffe explained in great detail with pictures about my journey from years back until present. I was relieved, felt valued, finally understood my issues and can't wait to trust Dr Jaffe and staff with my care.

This was my initial meeting with Dr. Jaffe. She was compassionate and really listened to me. She gave her time with me, as if I was her only patient. I am glad I selected her as my physician and recommended her to my family.

I've been using Dr. Jaffe for many years. I was away in Florida for seven years, but when I came back, I came back to her last year, and she's always been very, very good, very helpful. I have to go for tests tomorrow, so I want to see her reaction after I get the test done. I just felt she was very blaser, and I just didn't think that she was really caring, but maybe she just had a bad day. Anyway, thank you.
