I did not appreciate the way that she talked to me. It felt like she was talking down to me and that she was just checking the box, not actually trying to communicate with me.

I called initially to make an appointment with my doctor there Dr. Joseph. Unfortunately, and surprisingly her first available appointment wasn’t until August! I did find that quite concerning.. however an appointment with a nurse practitioner got me in to the office in two days time which is very acceptable. I was very satisfied with the appointment I had with the nurse practitioner.

It is always difficult to get an appointment. Seems like people are mostly sent to urgent care.
