My out of hospital follow up was so helpful and informative. They gave me so much information and Jane helped me truly understand my diagnosis, deal with my diabetes, blood pressure and heart failure.

I called initially to make an appointment with my doctor there Dr. Joseph. Unfortunately, and surprisingly her first available appointment wasn’t until August! I did find that quite concerning.. however an appointment with a nurse practitioner got me in to the office in two days time which is very acceptable. I was very satisfied with the appointment I had with the nurse practitioner.
