Crista Jamous called after receiving our mychart message on the condition of our viral infections. We appreciated the prompt call to schedule our office visit for the next day.

Dr Jameson was very helpful. She really worked hard trying to get me over my illness.
She was very compassionate and very concerned.

Yes, NP Christa Jamous was amazing. To me I had an embarrassing subject. Talking to her, she made me feel very comfortable. She was very professional and genuine.

Crista was unaware of the reason for my visit, even though she had seen me two weeks prior. She obviously did not take time to review my case before seeing me.

Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
All of the staff at suite 400 are excellent in their level of care and professionalism. I was highly impressed with Crista Jamous' insight, empathy and listening skills. She made me feel comfortable and at ease as she helped me to explain my issues and give her the information she needed to make a proper assessment and move forward with a plan.

Nothing in my opinion. I was pleased with the level of professionalism and quality care that was provided to me. Thank you.

Krista is extraordinarily kind and helpful. She smiles a lot which adds to the positive visit even though I was afraid of the outcome of my test.
