Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
Yes, NP Christa Jamous was amazing. To me I had an embarrassing subject. Talking to her, she made me feel very comfortable. She was very professional and genuine.

What could have been done to improve your experience?
Crista was unaware of the reason for my visit, even though she had seen me two weeks prior. She obviously did not take time to review my case before seeing me.

Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
All of the staff at suite 400 are excellent in their level of care and professionalism. I was highly impressed with Crista Jamous' insight, empathy and listening skills. She made me feel comfortable and at ease as she helped me to explain my issues and give her the information she needed to make a proper assessment and move forward with a plan.
What could have been done to improve your experience?
Nothing in my opinion. I was pleased with the level of professionalism and quality care that was provided to me. Thank you.

Cristal, the NP was very informative. I enjoyed talking with her. She has a very warming and approachable demeanor.

Krista is extraordinarily kind and helpful. She smiles a lot which adds to the positive visit even though I was afraid of the outcome of my test.

Christa was amazing! It was the first time She saw me as a patient and I felt very comforted in her genuine care about me. She truely took the time to actually get to know my medical history for her to go I’ve me the absolute care.
