What could have been done to improve your experience?
I received a sleep study. I felt the doctor didn’t describe in detail what the results were. Also, as a foreigner, it would be nice if the doctor slows down, when he’s talking. Sometimes it’s hard to understand him. Nice personable doctor, just better explain things sometimes.

The whole staff was just so nice and friendly to me and they worked as a team and I really appreciate that they are so supportive of each other and they have been very helpful to me in my situation as well as my health care

Dr.Jamous is an extraordinary communicator, providing information with calmness and clarity, showing understanding and empathy while listening to the patient. He helps a person feel comfortable in what is not always a comfortable situation considering the issues being discussed. I appreciated his bedside manners. Thank you Dr Jamous.
