The whole staff was just so nice and friendly to me and they worked as a team and I really appreciate that they are so supportive of each other and they have been very helpful to me in my situation as well as my health care

Dr.Jamous is an extraordinary communicator, providing information with calmness and clarity, showing understanding and empathy while listening to the patient. He helps a person feel comfortable in what is not always a comfortable situation considering the issues being discussed. I appreciated his bedside manners. Thank you Dr Jamous.

Everyone, including the receptionist, nurse, provider excellent. I was very impressed with the nurse and especially the doctor. I am not easily impressed, but this doctor impressed me. He explained everything in detail and gave me options.

I do not believe there was anything that can prove the visit. It’s hard to improve an excellence. Thank you for your professionalism.

Dr. Jamous was very clear when explaining to me Sleep Apnia consequences and why that I should NOT quit using my CPAP.

dr jamous respected and took in to account my wishes for how i wanted my treatment to go forward, and did not force on me the “one size fits all” “standard treatment” for my sleep problems.
What could have been done to improve your experience?
i left the appointment unclear on the pros/cons/implementation of PEP / PEEP as respiratory treatment options. I didn’t think to ask, and dr jamous didn’t offer up addl info on his own.
