She didnt know why I was there she though it was in regards to a up coming procedure I had to tell her why I was there then she started looking my chart tyring to figure out what the problem was. She took notes of question which she couldnt answer said she would get the answer and call me. She did that several times. On the 15th of Dec I was to have a procedure done by Dr. Lindsay she was going to see If he could do a few test on me while I was there and she would call me and let me know what was going on she never did. To this date I still know nothing from my visit with her and very unhappy

Jamie Parks did a great job of explaining my situation and what ways to work with the problem. She took her time explaining and answering questions. She was extremely thorough in her answers to questions and what could be done if needed. I am very impressed with Jamie Parks and her kindness also.
