She is amazing! She is so kind and SMART. She listened to me and explained to me WHY these things were happening and made sure that I was well informed of all the treatment options and let me choose which one I was most comfortable with. It was great to meet her!

I only wish she was a permanent fixture at this Dermatology department. Dr. Hanson has excellent bedside manner. She’s very knowledgeable and explains everything to my mom and me without treating us like children or using too much medical jargon. Once she knew I hearing impaired she took great care to ensure she communicated properly with me. That’s the extra mile in my book!

Dr Hanson ordered some lab work and responded with an explanation of the results immediately on My Chart. It’s great to hear what’s up rather than waiting days wondering what the test results showed.

Dr. Hanson's care was phenomenal! She had clearly taken the time to familiarize herself with my pertinent health/medical history. She was able to express concern over the lesion and said I did the right thing by not waiting. She explained my situation to her attending and the attending asked me questions to make sure I understood.
