Jaime was excellent, showed compassion, and explained the seriousness of my situation.

Jamie squeezed me in as I had UTI and otherwise could not be seen till 7:00. Waited only a few minutes.

I felt CNP Jamie Bassell was very well informed about explaining everything to me. He and the entire staff were caring towards me and I really appreciate that. You have excellent teams working at RGH and we are lucky to have them.

The amount of time we waited in the lobby. We had someone else with us being seen and they were completely done before we were even called back. It definitely was not the norm.

The provider was very caring and knowledgeable and explained everything to me. I wish I could use him as my primary doctor! Also his nurse was very nice and caring. The front desk clerk was very helpful.

I felt Doctor was very knowledgeable and caught the underlying problem quickly. Then sent me to ER to be tra sferred to Lubbock for surgery. I appreciate his knowledge very much.

Dr. Bassell found my heart murmur faster than all six of my previous doctors had, I was very impressed even though that wasn't why I went to the hospital

We seen the doctor here several times.My son is autistic and has grown to trust him and work with him easily. He had patience with him that almost all doctors do not have.He is excellent at getting diagnosis right fast and quick.He figured my son had a bacterial infection and was 100% right.He got improvement at 24 hrs of treatment .He is always courteous with my family. I just wanna stress how good and patient he is with my son and how much my son has grown to trust him during examination which is no small feat.I want to if I can make him my sons primary provider.We live in Clovis and the drive is worth having him seen by him.

Nothing your lucky to have such good doctors in Clovis there is nobody worth dealing with.

Wait time was minimal. Time with staff straight forward and to the point. I don't like it when my time is not considered. I like in, and out. To the point and done. This was one of the best visits I've had in a very long time!
