Dr Zins is one of thenCleveland Clinic's Best doctors. I've been to several. lately I have been uphappy with the treatment I have received by a couple of doctors, as well as the phone reps and even receptionists. Never with any of Dr Zin's staff. I even asked him why he was able to provide such an efficient, caring and pleasant experience compared to so many other doctors at the clinic. I wish he could bemy doctor for everything. I'm not exaggerating and I told hi. that.

Excellent. All staff members were caring, courteous and involved. Dr Zins was generous with his time in consultation, making sure he understood my goals and concerns. He did a great job with the surgery and, following the surgery, I was assured I could reach himself or staff immediately if I had concerns or questions while recovering at home.

Dr. Zins and his staff were very professional in discussion of possible treatment at Cleveland Clinic. Dr. Zins was very attentive and completely answered all my questions. The entire staff from the reception to medical history with the NP to discussion of finances were all handled confidently and the entire visit was excellent.

I have going to Dr. Zion's for a long time and he is my favorite Doctor. He always is kind, concerned and offers great advise. He is a gifted physician on all levels.

The doctor and assistants were attentive and answered any questions I had clearly. they patiently tried to prevent any misunderstandings.
