Again , they looked at you in the eye, called you by name , I wasn't a patient number I was a scared human .. I think it is the most important thing while treating a human

The doctor is excellent, the support staff at the hospital needs better training. This is the second year that my appointment was screwed up. No scan was scheduled, no phone call made to schedule appointments, just received an email to pre register.
