Dr. Telonis made several suggestions for getting future care, an RSV shot, checking if covered by insurance at his office. It is not so I go to WalGreens, get a bone density skan, see a dermatologist. , ng

My Mom had just passed away 1 week ago and I had gotten run down being her caregiver & was with her when she passed. I had Bronchitis and a broken heart. Everyone tried to comfort me and I so greatly appreciated that.

Dr. Telonis & staff are great. But practice needs to be more accessible. To patients when they need to be seen for a sick visit. I was sick last month. Was told they were overbooked go to Urgent care. I did & was not satisfied. Was still sick a week later. Was told I couldn’t be seen that day again. I told the girl I was still sick Nothing she could do. She did call me 20 min later with an appt which I appreciated. The office was empty when I got there. But maybe people were in rooms. Office should leave some openings to see pt on a sick call basis.
