Dr Schuster is very knowledgeable in his field and will definitely be missed. I commend him for staying in service to his patients and to the community way beyond normal retirement age. When he leaves there will be a huge hole to fill when it comes to his expertise. I am hoping that you are using every avenue you have to fill his vacancy ASAP.
