I was a little late because of an emergency at home. They almost did not see me even though I explained and was late. They did see me after all, and I appreciated it.

All of the staff and the nurses were very polite and kind. My only issues were with the doctor. My plan is to use another doctor in the office next time I need to visit.

This was my first time visiting. This was also my first pap smear (attempt). It would have helped tremendously if the doctor or nurse would’ve explained what was going on the whole time. Nothing was explained to me and I told them I had not researched the procedure.
