Dr. Penn took the time to listen carefully to my concerns and addressed them with professionalism and respect. He explained everything clearly and ensured that my procedure was scheduled promptly. They took care of me the right way. They answered my questions and they were very prompt and very good. I recommend them to anyone.

I felt rushed. He didn't give me any medication to temporarily alleviate my bloating symptoms. Never examined me. Just sent me to the front desk to schedule the endoscopy and colonoscopy. There too no date was given to me. I was told to call by the end of the week. Perhaps because I was the last patient I was not given the attention that I deserved!

The doctor was wonderful. He explained everything we left with ease and understanding, and we couldn't ask for a better doctor than what we had. Dr. Penn was wonderful.

Dr. Penn is a good doctor. He explained very well, you know, about what I should take when I, you know, when I get constipated or whatever or when the next colonoscopy, you know, that I should have. But otherwise, he's a very good doctor. Thank you.

This is my very first colonoscopy. I went to another doctor previously for a consultation and the doctor didn't explain half of what Dr.Penn explained. I felt comfortable with Dr. Penn. I also received my appointment and time for my colonoscopy the same day. The previous doctor, gave an appointment, but not the time. I needed the time, so I could work around my family schedule. Also to work around the person who will accompany me. As of right now, Dr. Penn is the better doctor. I will continue with more information after my colonoscopy.

Dr. Penn, in my estimation, is the perfect doctor. He took his time, he listened, he answered, he was very interactive, very interested in what I thought should be done, and was in every way the exact kind of doctor that I want to see and will be seeing again.

Benefits regarding Inner Circle Prime, Tier 1 is so confusing. I didn't know that a Doctor can either be Inner Circle or Tier 1,depending on his location or group. There's a big difference between copayment if you missed this benefit information. I had to switch Doctors from a Tier 1 to inner Circle Prime and just waster a $50 copay to the Tier 1 Doctor. Very confusing. Gotta know your benefits fully or you will incur a big copay.

Dr. Penn was extremely wonderful, extremely helpful, extremely knowledgeable. However, getting in touch with the staff is very, very difficult. Leaving messages with the nurses or the people who are filling prescriptions. I didn't get answers back for days. Him himself, very knowledgeable, very wonderful, very thankful. When I did get in touch with somebody, They were helpful and knowledgeable, but getting in touch with somebody was very, very difficult on many, many occasions. Never once did I call the office and did I speak to somebody right away. I had to leave a voice message for that. That was it. Everything else, I mean the doctor himself was great.
