I had a ct done at Meredyth on a Monday morning at 8:00 am and it has not been read yet and it’s Friday. Now I have to wait the weekend and hope it’s read next week. They should be read in a timely manner. I called Meredyth on Thursday and asked if they could send a messsge to get it read, but apparently that did not encourage anyone to read the ct. Havving the ct was very efficient, but getting it read is another story.

My appointment with this provider was changed into February. My husband had an appointment with him and I mentioned they changed my appointment. He said, well we will take care of you now. I was so excited, because I was waiting to find out results of my CT scan. He really helped ease my mind.

Dr Palazzolo took the time to go over test results pulling the scan up on the screen and showing and explaining the results. He answered questions and was very pleasant.

This was my first visit with Dr. P. I was referred by Dr. Jani for a review of scans. I am a cancer patient. I was very pleased with seeing Dr. P and if needed I will contact his office again.

I have been getting CT scans and MRI’s there for about 7 years. Great service and people. This time, I believe something happened that shouldn’t have. I had an acute allergic reaction to the contrast. I believe it was due to an oversight. I have lost 40 pounds in the last year. I was not weighed or asked about it. I may have been given a dosage for the scan that was more than needed? I was taken by ambulance to the EC. Again, the care was appreciated and the staff was kind while I recovered. I would like to note that the quick thinking of the staff at Meredyth most likely saved my life. I was quickly reacting to the dosage and they responded to it immediately. I appreciate that team more than I can express.
