Dr. Robinson did a wonderful job explaining what was going on with my right shoulder. After a complete examination he came to the conclusion that what would help me the best would be a cortisone injection. He explained everything that was going on in clear, easy to understand directions. I left his office feeling I was in excellent hands.

Dr. Robinson was amazing. He was very clear on explaining how the appointment would go (ex: using a voice - to - text translator to take notes of the visit), listened to me genuinely, intently, and meaningfully as I explained each little symptom in case it was related and relevant, and then understood not just my issues, but had two clear diagnoses for me within 3 minutes of hearing me out and examining me. Both diagnoses were clearly explained to me, matched my symptoms, and made sense with what I have been experiencing.Further, when I clarified the care plan and asked whether or not I would return to see Dr. Robinson, he explained that I should only need the physical therapy, but that I not only could, but absolutely should return if my symptoms were not alleviated by the PT. This may me feel confidently assessed and not dismissed.Please do share this feedback with Dr. Robinson directly. He is an excellent care provider and he should hear that. Everyone needs something to brighten their day. : ]If you know the saying " it's not my first rodeo, " I would describe my visit with Dr. Robinson and HSS overall as not being their 1000th rodeo, let alone first. It is unequivocal that HSS is the place to go for serious and prompt care about possible orthopedic issues.

Everyone from Allan who did my x-ray to Dr. Robinson. They were all professional and wonderful. Plus no wait time and at no time did I feel rushed.
