This injury came out of the blue for me. I was nervous and in pain, but Dr. Moravek and all the staff really put me at ease, helped me understand why surgery was necessary, and what the next steps will be. The waiting room was very busy, but he took the time to explain things thoroughly and answer all my questions. I left feeling well informed and confident.

As a doctor I have no issues with him. It's the cancelling, rescheduling and location that's become the problem! It's become constant! There's never any notice given when he"s running behind, never an apology for the wait time and never an offer for someone else to fill in and help when he's fallen behind. I know life happens and how scheduling is done but it's unacceptable when your lack of communication throws your patients schedules off. Again need to do better!! :(

I liked that he spent time talking to me about my shoulder and explained everything to me so that i understood what he was talking about. I like that he didn’t rush me through my appointment. I felt like my concerns were important, to Dr.Moravek.

Had to wait a long time to get in to see him. I think it is because he is so thorough. I was at least 30 minutes late.

There was an exceptionally long wait to be seen. It would be helpful if when checking in, the staff would let you know if the provider is running behind and how long the wait will be. I had an hour wait.

Dr. Moravek has always been caring and considerate. We talked about steps forward if/when the cortisone shot no longer gives me relief from pain. He replaced my left shoulder and always asks how it is doing.
