The Dr. Was timely and professional. He recorded the visit on his laptop. He showed me the xrays and where the breaks were and what the treatment was.

My father was a GP as they were called in those days in a rural area. Growing up I witnessed hundreds of patient visits when I went with him on house calls and hospital rounds at night after he had finished seeing patients in the office all day. The manner in which Dr. Moravek engages me in my visits reminds me of how my father engaged his patients. He obviously loves the practice of medicine and helping the patients who come to him for care.

This survey is based on my most recent experience. Whether the surgery & my recovery fall within the 80% success rate remains to be seen. And that's what matters most. But yesterday I waited 45 minutes in the back room for Dr. Moravek to appear. And whatever made him late he was working to 'catch up' by rushing or abbreviating my time. I felt churned.

Promise of appointment times being kept or front staff acknowledging and letting you know that he is running late. No I could’ve stepped out of the office and made two phone calls and had the windshield fix scheduled for my vehicle.

Have had two successful shoulder replacements with very little discomfort. Very Important to follow therapy training and suggestions to regain strength and use of shoulders.

Great staff from the time you arrive until the doctor comes in who then does some testing and offers some options and explains everything so you can understand. He did a shoulder replacement and it's been a few years but I can do just about everything I did before surgery
