Staff is very kind, patient with my mom who is elderly. Dr McGregor pulls up a seat and is eye level with my mom when talking with her. He and the staff seek her input and they don’t make you feel rushed. Front desk staff is also excellent. Coleen, his nurse is wonderful and puts my mom at ease and has a wonderful sense of humor which my mom and I both enjoy. .
