He showed empathy and care. Medically, he addressed my concerns, but also sought additional outside records. I have a follow up in 6 months to determine any possible changes. Dr MacGregor was professional on multiple levels, while validating my concerns with compassion and care.

We're both very happy with him, and I'm surprised because my grandma doesn't really like anyone who reminds her that she's got Alzheimer's and that she isn't a candidate for clinical trials lol🤣
