The Doctor was extremely patient with my alarm about test results I had ‘urged’ my primary to provide. And I appreciate his grace and time to reduce my fears and the same goes for his team.

He showed empathy and care. Medically, he addressed my concerns, but also sought additional outside records. I have a follow up in 6 months to determine any possible changes. Dr MacGregor was professional on multiple levels, while validating my concerns with compassion and care.
