The care , patience, professionalism and overall quality of Dr Hitchcocks visits are extraordinarily impressive! He takes the time and listens to my questions and or concerns, he is always cheerful and a wonderful doctor that I am happy to have as my primary care physician.

From the first call, to the call back, to check in, nurse care, Dr Hitchcock care, check out, multiple have a good days as I was walking out…. Absolutely Excellent Service…… I was not feeling good that day after a week of being sick. Everyone I interacted with made my day just a little bit better. I am beyond grateful that I followed Dr Hitchcock to BJC

I arrived rather early for my appt which was a routine knee injection & Dr Hitchcock was able to see me within 8 minutes, as the treatment took very little time. I appreciated that flexibility, especially as it did not inconvenience anyone else to get me in earlier than the booked time. Dr H was my primary before joining BJC and I was very happy to follow him to his new location. He’s thorough, very supportive, and he responds so well to patient concerns. BJC /Memorial is lucky to have him.
