This was my first visit as a new patient with Dr. Glass He was pleasant,very professional, thorough in the exam, asked key questions regarding my current health and made recommendations regarding taking a couple of inoculations for protection of virus's and infection

My first visit with Dr. Glass and I was so impressed with how he read up on all my past medical history which put me at ease. Diagnosed my UTI, gave me a script and wants me to have another urinalysis test 10 days after meds to make sure it is negative. Very thorough!

My Medicare visit person was professional, thorough, and friendly. She also went out of her way to help me with resources that I need to care for my brother with Dementia. I really appreciate her taking the time to listen and to identify a solution. Thank you SO much! She really deserves extra recognition. Sadly, I do not remember her name.

The individual who checked me in was extremely rude and arrogant as though I was interfering with her day. That was the beginning of my experience. I must say it left a lasting impression on me.

May have to look elsewhere for a primary provider as Virtua seems to be purposely pushing even routine annual wellness visits beyond and either bill for "special" services or require secondary visits. As a healthy individual with no other unique health issues that would require additional visits, Im not in agreement.
