I was pleased to have met Dr. James Liu and if I didn't already have established medical md in Dr. Juan Prudente, I would definitely choose Dr. Lui to be my Primary!

I am very pleased with Dr. Liu he was patient answering all my question, as a new PCP I was very anxious and afraid about him not alleviating my concerns, I felt comforted in how he took my care seriously and without any back and forth (negative) he provided a good plan for ensuring my health will gain improvement. I am very pleased with Dr. Liu and praying we have a lasting Dr. patient relationship. Very satisfied.

Dr. Liu, he's not really my primary doctor, so he was really not familiar with my condition or anything else, but I needed approval for a pre-op for some melanoma surgery. I would recommend him. I thought he was very good. That's about it, but he didn't know me too well, and he did send all the results quickly. Thank you.

My experience with the provider himself was fine. It was the other staff's lack of orgnization and unprofessionalism that gets me everytime I go to this location.

The office was able to accommodate a same day appointment for an EKG / pre surgery clearance. Dr Liu was very thorough, went through my medical history in detail, and answered all questions. It was a great experience

Hi, I just wanted to say that while my experience with Dr. Liu was great, the waiting for him was terrible. I could hear every conversation happening in every other room near my appointment and I was in there for about half an hour while he was with another patient who had a lot of troubles, which I could list all of them for you right now because I heard everything clear as day. So I don't know if you can do anything to soundproof a little bit, but it was really terrible and I don't really want to come back because of that experience. Thank you. Bye.

Good afternoon. I'm very pleased with the doctor. He treated me very well. He gave me thorough explanations of all the questions I asked and about the procedures I went to have done. I left very happy, and thank God, two days have passed and I'm truly better than when I arrived. I'm very grateful. He's an excellent doctor. I would recommend him 100% to anyone who can. Thank you. My great experience. The staff was great. The doctor was great. The only horrible part of the experience and the part I really didn't like was the survey.

Dr. James Liu was absolutely amazing, he listened to my concerns and we put a plan of care in the motion, the front desk staff was very friendly and helpful! Definitely will refer my family and friends to the facility! Thank you all so much!!
