Dr james was excellent. She arranged the schedule so she had more time to spend with me as we had a lot to go over from my 14 day hospitalization. She thoroughly went through all the medications to make sure I recognized them and knew why I was given those meds, answered my questions thoroughly. She seems committed to working with my other doctors (specialists) to create and monitor a treatment plan for me. Some PCP doctors just refer you and forget you. But dr james is involved and makes me feel good to know she’s looking out for me too and willing to work with a team to help me.

The only issue I have is the long wait. I arrived at 1:10 and my appointment was 1:30. I believe she came in around 2. However, I also think they had to squeeze me in that day so if that cause the extra wait time then I totally understand and don’t hold it against them.

Yes, Dr. James was amazing. She's kind, thorough, easy to talk to, and she made me feel like she really cares. She didn't rush, she spent a lot of time with me and explained everything to me in a way that I could actually understand it. I usually don't go to my follow up appointment but I will because she is awesome and I feel like she will help me get my health problems resolved.
