The wait time between each portion was excessive this time around. And what I mean by excessive was 20 to 30 minutes between each person coming in to the doctor I was there nearly 3 hours. Not cool. I will say this is not the norm. A little bit of waiting, but not to this extent.

When Dr. O'Keeffe came in, I had expectations higher than what he provided. I am trying to make sure I make personal changes at age 82 that relate to the issues that I have with my body. And he knows that. I've talked to him about it at least twice. And I reminded him during this session.

Dr. O’Keefe is a great doctor. He stays current on new treatments and has an innovative approach to modern medicine. His newsletter is so informative and timely on important topics. He’s an asset to Saint Luke’s.

This clinic makes me feel heard and confident in the care received. We came up with a plan on how I could move ahead with preventative care to optimize my health. Dr. O'Keefe is a proactive educator. We need more doctors that practice like this.

It is impressive to see a doc that actually walks the walk and talks the talk. Doc keeps himself in good shape so therefore is a great role model for his patients

Outstanding experience with Dr. O'Keefe, his CMA, and his nurse. Very pleased with the attention and medical expertise once I was able to schedule an appointment with him. The conversation was meaningful and an action plan was clearly defined and agreed upon. I would certainly recommend Dr. O'Keefe to anyone needing a Cardiologist.

Appointment started 1 hour late. As a new patient I assume extra time was alloted towards my appointment. But despite being very late it felt rushed and barely had time to voice my opinion. Felt like the entire appointment was rushed and didn't feel like I was being listened to very well. I guess since it was a wellness visit I would've expected more listening and patience

Dr. O'Keefe take the time to go over your labs and answer any questions you may have, along with recommendations pertinent to my personal treatment. He gives you various options and listens to your concerns, which is why I like to him. Very knowledgeable and respectful.
