Kudos to Dr Gagermeier and staff member Joanne who also deserves a special commendation for her efforts , concern and proficiency in getting things done ! I truly felt she cared ! That’s hard to find in today’s world !

The one complaint I have is the doctor is always late getting to the room. He spends quality time with me once he gets there but he is usually 25 to 40 minutes late at every appointment. I can understand if an emergency arises but that does not seem to be the case. Also my coordinator reviews my medications in an effort to "speed the process up" but when my doctor reviews them in clinic no time is saved.
