Dr. Nachbar is the top of the top….the very best eye doctor you’ll find! He’s brilliant. His examinations are very thorough and he explaines what he’s doing step by step. He performed my cataract surgery and I’m so pleased with the results.

Dr. Nachbar is a consummate professional. He is consistently courteous, shows an interest with the particular issue I am having - including explaining problems and fielding questions - taking as much time as needed, and has a knowledgeable confident manner.
I feel a satisfaction with every aspect of Dr. Nachbar’s treatment process.

Dr. Nachbar is a great doctor. He listens to your questions and concerns. He always answers your questions and makes sure you understand what he is telling you. He is always very pleasant to speak with. Highly recommend!!!

Absolutely incredible Dr both personality and ophthalmologist. He relaxed me and made me feel 100% comfortable. I can’t wait to get my second eye done in 10 days. Highly recommend him

Dr. Nachbar commented that having 20/20 vision was unusual for someone my age (almost 80) who has had 2 cataract surgeries and one laser correction. My response was that I had a very good doctor! My eyesight is better than it was in my 30s.

My experience was good. I specifically asked for Dr. Nachbar because I have known him for the past 35 years due to my mother and sister's having him as their Doctor, so I trusted he would give me an honest assessment of my medical condition. I believe he was straight with and I look forward to him being my doctor.

Dr. Bach at is very thorough and caring.. I am most grateful for his cataract surgery in 2015 which still is working guite well.

After putting off cataract surgery for over 5 years I finally went yesterday and what an incredible relaxing warm honest Dr. I was totally comfortable and trust he’s the Dr to do both my eyes. Can’t wait to get scheduled and get both done.

Dr. Nachbar has been by eye doctor for 35/40 years. He explains my conditions and options in a way that I can understand. He is always ready to address my concerns.

I have been seeing Dr. Nachbar since he joined South Jersey Eye. He is top of the line - thorough, excellent communicator, empathetic, professional with a wicked sense of humor (I mean that in the best way!); I will not see anyone else unless he refers me or I have an emergency. You may not see him on time, but that means he is taking time with another patient - just like I would want him to do with me if I had questions or concerns about a new diagnosis or treatment.
