He gave me good information. Very knowledgeable. The idea of anesthesia and operating room kind of scared me. So I am exploring other options while I reset my brain - I thought I would take a few minutes of his office time, clean out my cyst, get a stitch or two and be back to my day. I guess it’s a little more serious and complicated than popping a pimple or cutting off a skin tag.

Dr Franklin was the on call surgeon for my hospital visit. He is very nice, took time to explain my surgery and took very good care of me.

Dr. Franklin was wonderful! He clearly explained everything I asked and was not quick to jump to an unnecessary surgery. He gave me hope that my problem will be resolved soon with instructions on what to do. If it lingers, he gave me a referral to another piedmont doctor to follow up. I was very pleased and grateful with Dr. Franklin’s care. I have already recommended him to others as a doctor of choice if ever needed!
