I was a walk-in; sat 2.5 hours: got to a room discuss my complaints and talked about taking extra strength Tylenol. It has been a week and no relief.

Dr. Williams is a wonderful doctor, I have been one of his patients for more than 20 years. I am a bit sad that he is retiring but. Best of luck to him when he retires at the end of the year.

The wait was not long; the nursing assistant was pleasant and thorough; and my last appointment with Doctor Williams was great but bitter sweet.

Dr Williams was very responsive to all of my questions re drug side effects. He has been my primary health care provider for over 25 years and I am very concerned about finding a suitable replacement. Jim has offered his assistance in this matter and we are appreciative.

Dr. Williams is a gifted physician who truly cares! Early in his practice, he was my PCP during a very difficult time in my life. Actually, he saved my life! I moved away and, after moving back to Alabama seven years ago, I was faced with another health challenge and he became my PCP again. I feel so safe knowing he is driving the bus of my healthcare. I will forever be supremely grateful for him! He will be greatly missed after his much-deserved retirement in January!
