Talking to my doctor to find a remedy for my ailments. Just wish he would give me more time. I understand they are busy with other patients waiting, but there is always more I would like to talk about that I don't feel I have the time to discuss.

Reminders were helpful. I did not have to wait. The nurse was very friendly and professional. My doctor is great and was very thorough. Check in and out was seamless.

Being told it's 2 yrs to get an appointment isn't reasonable or even sane for an existing patient. Even after you'll canceled my initial 2yr appointment and forced me to reschedule it. I forced the issue to avoid it becoming a 4yr scheduled appointment.
I like Dr Williams but hate the consistant bureaucracy and inefficiency.

Dr. Williams is a great doctor. His staff is very friendly and helpful. The lab technicians are very punctual and friendly. The only issue is trying to get into the parking deck, which was quite painful. Otherwise, I have no complaints.
