DR. BELL was apologetic for the long wait- but only him- not the first staff member that checked me into the exam room. His assistant/transcriber was very helpful as well.

As always, the entirety of the appointment took way too long. 1 hour and 20 minutes to see staff for less than 15 minutes

Only one criticism. The process of moving between services needs work. I sat for over an hour waiting for next appt and needed to inquire about my appt. as others who arrived after me were seen. When I asked, staff was very nice and got me seen. Was told Dr Bell had an emergency.
