The only drawback was the appointment was ridiculously long. I saw the doctor for approximately 1 minute, but was there for close to an hour and a half.

I have to wait nearly two and a half hours to see Dr. Bell. That was a long delay. I arrived at the clinic at 10:45 for my 10:50 a.m. appointment. I was able to see Dr. Bell at 1:!0 p.m. Dr. Bell did apologize for the delay and shared with me that he was embarrassed by the long wait I (and others) experienced. Dr. Bell was gracious, kind, and professional throughout my time with him. For this, I am grateful.
