Only one criticism. The process of moving between services needs work. I sat for over an hour waiting for next appt and needed to inquire about my appt. as others who arrived after me were seen. When I asked, staff was very nice and got me seen. Was told Dr Bell had an emergency.

He is the kindest doctor I have seen in a long time. Even though there are people waiting, he gives a person a decent time to discuss eye problems. He is very caring. He is a "keeper".

The experience with Dr. Bell and staff was excellent but the check-in via computer was tedious and time consuming. In my case, two of the items were contradictory. The live clerks on duty when I reported for the appointed corrected the mistake in the spelling of my name and accepted the contradictory items.

Dr Bell was not nearly as thorough and interactive as my previous physician Dr. Mitchell Wolf. Bell seemed rushed.
