Dr. Bell has been my eye doctor for 4 years. I really appreciate having the same doctor every visit. Dr. Bell is an excellent doctor who knows my condition and has cared for me all these years. The new building for David and Duehr is very nice. However, the check-in process is very difficult for a person with limited eyesight. Thank goodness that I can depend on the kind help of the check-in staff. Perhaps, SSM could provide a "frequent patient" check-in for those with repeating doctor visits.

Dr. Bell is very knowledgeable in his field. Also he is very thorough with explanations about the progress being made with the left eye treatments that I've been given by him.

He pays attention to the little things explains everything, shares the photos of the nerve and blood vessels with explanation of what the effects are. He takes the time to listen to what is going on. Make sure you are comfortable with treatment plan

I was there for two hours. I don’t mind waiting as I want every patient to have the time they need. But it would help to let patients know they are behind. Or
reduce the number of people scheduled.
