I have 2 Insurance Aetna Medicare & Tricare for Life which covers all copays and deductibles. Therefore I will be covered 100%

Dr. Carr is a good listener and gives me an opportunity to participate in decisions about my care. He is very professional, friendly and caring and concerned about what’s in your best interest. Has great bedside manner. Always greets me with a smile.

The Doctor and PA both were very thorough and explained the problem with my right shoulder very thoroughly and in a professional manner. I will be using Dr Carr and his PA when I decide to have my shoulder replaced. HSS has always had the highest of standards and is the reason I am still walking OK today.

Professional and was able to convey his expertise to a layperson flawlessly. Answered all of my questions and provided a referral to a colleague that was LA based, No question- if I still lived in NY, I would have my surgery with Dr. Carr in NY.

Dr did not look at surgical area after nurse removed sutures. The images during the surgery were not available to the Dr and us 2 weeks post surgery so he was limited Shari g info.

Dr. Carr was understanding & gave me excellent information regarding my frozen shoulder and its treatment. The cortizone injection was painless and worked as advised. All went very well! So happy to report I am using my arm as if nothing ever happened...thank you!
