Dr. Atcheson is a wonderful physician. He takes the time necessary to review questions, test results, etc. I have a lot of confidence in him and feel very comfortable talking to him. He goes above & beyond to explain things, even calling me personally at home in response to MyChart messages I've sent.

This doctor is the best thyroid doctor that I have ever had in my 50 years of being treated with my thyroid issues. Renown is very lucky to have him as are the patients.

while I don't know others needing this specialty, I am so impressed with Dr. Acheson's knowledge, concern & frank discussion that I definitely would recommend him to anyone needing his specialty

I've been very pleased with Dr. Atcheson. He is kind and thorough. He is the third endocrinologist I've had at Renown because they keep moving but he is by far my favorite one.

Dr. Atcheson followed up - suggested that I try to get a procedure (esophageal dilation) and when I could not get it scheduled he intervened and called in a referral that got it scheduled.

Dr. is always very concerned about my well being. He also informs me of effects in changes in my medications and allows me to make my own decisions. I am sure if my decisions were not good he would intervene.

I feel that I am in excellent care with Dr. Atcheson. He listens intently when you talk to him and explain everything thoroughly. He even called me on a Saturday to discuss my test results and treatment and follow up testing.

He's getting better in responding on MyChart. Usually within 2-3 days after I ask a question. I like MyChart releases my lab results automatically. So I don't need to wait for dr. getting back to me.

The Known doc for around 30 year off & on with changes in my insurance coverages but he has always been the best doctor ever for all of my conditions since the 1980's.

I have been seeing Dr. Hayes for the past 6+ years for autoimmune issues that keep cropping up. She has been great in doing research, discussing options, etc. I am usually prepared when I go in to see her with all medical updates, so we always have productive discussions. I rarely need to call the office, so generally use MyChart. She is always very quick in replying back.
