Dr. Alford is the first doctor I have really liked. He's down to earth and listens very carefully. He also has a since of humor which I like. I've been going to him for a long time.

Dr. Alford is the best. I have been with him from the first year he started practicing in Chelsea which has been 15 years. He listens, he's compassionate, he has a since of humor. He makes you feel comfortable around him. Many doctors could learn from him.

I actually look forward to my appointments with Dr. Alford. He makes me feel like I'm visiting a friend. He is never rushed and always makes me feel like my concerns and questions are important and he provides answers that I can understand. Dr. Alford never diminishes my concerns and accommodates my requests and/or recommendations in terms of my personal experience with what works/does not work for me.
