I highly recommend this primary care clinic. I secured an appointment within a week, and the online check-in was seamless, with timely reminders sent to my phone. The care was thorough and compassionate, with professional staff who washed their hands before touching me. Plus, there was ample parking, making the visit stress-free. Excellent service overall.

I was having acute pain in my right index finger. I received an appointment with Jalesa Long CRNP on Friday afternoon. She ordered X-rays of my hand, sent RX for a Dose Pack and sent me an email same day with the results of the X-rays. I am very grateful and feel better.

No wait time. Also Jalesa Long was delightful. Great bedside manner and personality and, more importantly was very knowledgeable. All others were nice, friendly and professional.

JaLesa Long. She's excellent. As my primary care doctor often has no openings when I need to get in for a visit on short notice it's great to be able to see JaLesa in her place. She is much appreciated by me.

My primary care Dr. has just moved from the Inverness facility. I had already been there for my mammogram and knee x-rays. The facility runs very smoothly. I very much liked the nurse practitioner who saw me and look forward to working with her and my doctor in Hoover.
