It was nice. Started on time, wait was not long, facility was clean, everyone was very courteous. I expected to see my physician though. I am just not very fond or trusting of the idea of nurses trying to play doctor. I feel cheated in a way.

Jalesa Long is the most personable person and she actually listens to my comments. She works extremely hard and does what she says she is going to do. She also always follows back up with me.

I have seen Mrs. Long on several visits, and she is a 100% caring and thorough CRNP. I feel very confident and comfortable when my primary physician is not available to see me.

The doctors, nurse practitioners, nurses, nurses aids and techs are all really nice people - very caring, very knowledgeable, very professional. I feel welcome and at ease with all of them and I trust their expertise.
