We love the doctor, and the office staff but unable to see them, if we don't have an appointment far in advance. Don't want to go to ED unless it's a life threatening situation, due to compromised immunity from months of illness and hospitalizations. Not sure what the answer is to this problem.

I spent more time waiting in the neuroscience clinic than any other medical provider anywhere.
When I was finally seen by my doctor I was always rushed. This happened all the time. I never felt valued.
The staff was great at answering on the portal and meeting my requests from the portal, but in office visits leave my whole body in pain.

Everyone was very accommodating and helpful with me and my needs . They explained everything thoroughly. Jamicia and Micheal were exceptionally helpful in a difficult and painful situation. Everyone gets a 10 in my book ! Love the staff and their dedication to supporting their patients. .

I'm incredibly upset and felt like my symptoms were dismissed and a lack of information was provided at my appointment. The most information I got was that I'd be called in 2 weeks after the doctor talks to another doctor about my mri imaging which probably should've been done in the weeks between scheduling and having my visit + me having to take time off work + get a hotel + drive hours away.

I am always taken back to my room on time. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Lastly, my neurosurgeon, Dr. Godzik, has a wonderful attitude.
