Waited for 1 hour 15 minutes before being called to sit and wait in an exam room. Not sure when all my questions will be answered.

It was a long day. I have issues getting stuck for blood work and Iv’s. I have tiny veins because of that I had to be stuck numerous times. Everyone that stuck me was extremely sorry about the sticks. Jodi was my nurse and I can’t say enough good things about her.

Dr. Godzik's team was very nice and quick with seeing me. Dr. Godzik was very knowledgeable and efficient with coming up with a solution to my problem.

Everyone from the front desk to the intake nurse to Brent and Dr Godzik were great. Brent was very thorough in his assessment and Dr Godzik explained the problem and treatment plan in a way I can understand. Dr Godzik is a treasure.

I waited in room for a little over two hours!!! And spent about 5 minutes with doctor who didn’t seem to know my pain history. I was so disappointed.

Dr Godzik is an amazing, caring and professional surgeon. He listens to my concerns and always makes sure I’m educated on the issues I am facing. I’m always reassured with his care.

This has been my 4th back surgery at Kirkland. Everyone there is very informative and polite. They also have a clean facility and answer all my questions that I have and make sure that I understand everything being told to me. Also, the portal has been extremely informative and easy to navigate. I like knowing that if anything comes up, I am able to use the portal as a tool, and they have been very quick to respond with any questions I have.
