Dr Godzik was very thorough and was able to answer all my questions and concerns, unlike any other neurosurgeon I have been to. He gets a lot of past history information ahead of time and has been informed about my case before he even enters the room to see me. I appreciated him being thorough, honest, helpful and professionally personable. He took the time to walk me through his thought process and help me understand everything without me feeling rushed. I know that may require me to wait a little for my appointment, but having a doctor stay in the room and sit to talk to you without being rushed is worth the wait! I felt like I was not just a patient but someone that mattered to actually take time to discuss my condition.

We love the doctor, and the office staff but unable to see them, if we don't have an appointment far in advance. Don't want to go to ED unless it's a life threatening situation, due to compromised immunity from months of illness and hospitalizations. Not sure what the answer is to this problem.

I spent more time waiting in the neuroscience clinic than any other medical provider anywhere.
When I was finally seen by my doctor I was always rushed. This happened all the time. I never felt valued.
The staff was great at answering on the portal and meeting my requests from the portal, but in office visits leave my whole body in pain.
