Dr. Jain is thorough, He listens to mom and explains things well. He did not get frustrated if she forgot he just reinforced what he previously said. He has a light hearten personality that calms mom. He could not be more professional in his demeanor. Yet, he is knowledgeable, he reviews her previous notes and history and asks questions to check on progress.

Dr. Jain was genuinely engaged in asking questions and finding out about me as a new patient. He clearly explained my condition and treatment options in terms I could understand. He spent a long time talking with me. I don’t think I’ve ever had a doctor spend so much time with me, and I’m old and took six kids to doctors! I felt like he really cared about my health.
