This Baptist South Office is my favorite place to go for my health concerns. My doctor, Dr. Kibler, is so proactive in ensuring all my medical needs are met, and she provides her care with patience and genuine concern. The staff at this office are always friendly, kind, and willing to help. They take the time to answer questions and make you feel truly cared for.

I have been with Dr. Kibler for 7 years now, meaning I was with her before their move to the new building.
Since the move, the office has operated significantly more efficiently. I used to have fairly significant waits before my appointment and that isn't really the case any more, even though the staff is largely still the same. I love that I recognize the staff from the check in desk to phlebotomy, they have all been part of my care for a long time.
And Dr. Kibler is a saint. I presented to her with a condition she had never diagnosed before, but she was willing to listen to me and the notes from my physical therapist. She did all proper testing and referrals and finally found answers, and diagnoses, for me after decades of searching. She is never rushed and listens to every word. And she even went to bat for me when I told her about a very negative experience with a provider she referred me to. I just feel safe, respected, and confident in her care. I can't imagine having any other PCP.
