I really appreciate how she was able to fit me in to see her. I was with my husband, who had same cough and symptoms as i had and I figured if he was ok i would be also. She wisely offered me an available appointment.

I feel Ms. Elias did an extraordinary job in advising me and presenting treatment options which addressed each of my (medical) areas of concern. The options gave me an opportunity to be more pro-active in regards to my health care. .

Jackie Elias was very pleasant and kind, listened to all the information I gave her and responded with recommendations, suggestions and further questions. I felt she did an exceptional job of communicating information to me on my health issues and in giving additional information that I would not have thought to ask myself regarding my best interests and treatment. I feel very comfortable placing my health concerns in her hands and taking her advice. I would highly recommend her.

I was able to see nurse Jacquie the same day as my email request when I reported back pain. I thought this quick response was extraordinary and much appreciated. Nurse Jacquie was also a super professional and impressive in her diagnosis. She is very valued member of the BJC team.

Both the medical assistant who put me in the room and took my intake information, as well as Jackie Elias, were so kind and I never felt rushed. I felt respected and seen. It was an excellent overall experience and I was feeling better within 24 hours of my visit with the medications prescribed.
