I would recommend anyone to Jacoby she was amazing to visit with. Most of all I feel I reviewed very good information and she put my mind at ease about my leg health and wearing compression socks. Thank you Jacoby

This is my second experience with Stieler at the Vein Clinic over the past three years and she has been exceptional each time. Very easy to talk to and describes the problem/solution in ways that are easy to understand. Also like her directness in her assessments and advice

Very kind and respectful. When meeting a new physician it can be stressful as you’re not familiar with the way they practice. I was very pleased and will definitely recommend her.

She was very dismissive and did not explain things in a polite way. Made me feel like I had nothing wrong and everything was related to my back. Either way, she was unapproachable. I will be getting a second opinion.

I appreciate the high concentration needed for the procedure, and the need to maybe not chitchat, however I made it clear at the beginning that I’ve never done something like this before and was a bit nervous, would have appreciated a little extra time at the beginning of the session for her to walk me through what would be happening, and then at the end a review of aftercare and ask if I had any questions. Instead at the end it was more of a ‘ok we’re done’, snapped off the gloves and left. I assumed that meant I could get dressed, and when no one came back to the room I exited and found my way back to the front desk where I asked if I was all set, and told yes.

I know they don’t get much time to spend but please give your doctors enough time to explain what a new diagnosis is. And let the patient understand and process that a moment in case they do have a question so they don’t have to look up things on the internet about the condition

She was okay but I had to ask her what the testing showed. She mention that both carotids are medium blocked and mentioned that 70 percent is the danger zone. She said I need to be seen again in six months. She asked about my diet and Ibshared that sister had an operation to remove a blockage in her left carotid and my family has high cholesterol. She had a student with her.

Overall worst part of experience was front staff, if it was just base on them id refuse to come back. Almost left that day cause i didnt even know if i was going to be seen since i wasnt checked in and they didnt come out to call for me till after my time.
